When Larry is not working, he is focusing on nurturing meaningful relationships within his cherished family, comprising or his beloved wife, Debbie, their four children and their spouses, as well as their nine grandchildren. Additionally, he actively participates in his church community, swims three miles weekly, referees’ basketball games, and indulges in the occasional round of golf.

Greg's professional focus centers on overseeing and contributing to strategic agency planning for Lightwell in Wisconsin.
Driven by a desire to serve God's people through careful risk management, Greg believes that Lightwell's mission is to provide expertise and guidance to help safeguard the ministries they work with.
When Greg is not perusing his professional passions, he enjoys golfing and boating with his family. Greg and his wife, Nancy, have three children and eight beautiful grandchildren, who all enjoy time spent in one another’s company.

Drawing from his upbringing and active involvement in Christian ministries, Larry possesses invaluable firsthand insight into his clients' needs. He diligently invests time in understanding each ministry, fostering strong, enduring relationships to deliver suitable options and solutions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Larry finds fulfillment in officiating high school basketball games and indulging in rounds of golf. He shares his life with his wife, Roselle, and their two cherished children, Landon and Brielle.

Jeff Labelle
Jeff is passionate about educating both customers and prospects on insurance coverages and terminology, simplifying the process for them and ensuring they receive precisely what they need.
He deeply values the mission of his clients and prospects, priding himself on accessibility and honest communication. Jeff finds fulfillment in developing personalized insurance packages that he knows will meet their needs.
When Jeff is not working, he cherishes time with his wife, Lori, their two children, and their 10 grandchildren. He also enjoys playing drums, engaging in live music production, experimenting with solar energy and other tech systems, and remodeling projects.

Lori Labelle
Lori brings extensive administrative and organizational expertise to Lightwell in Wisconsin, ensuring her clients receive exceptional service and support.
As the founder of TeenServe, a youth missions organization hosting workcamps for youth and adult leaders, Lori has facilitated assistance to more than 2,500 homes since 1999. She carries this spirit of service into her role at Lightwell, prioritizing the needs of others.
Outside of work, Lori treasures moments with her husband, Jeff, their two children, and their 10 grandchildren. She finds joy in nature, whether in the woods or by the lake, and enjoys listening to music and cooking.

Pam Schuetz
Pam is a highly educated member of the Lightwell team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her customers. She is a licensed producer and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University.
Pam finds great joy in working with ministries dedicated to the Lord’s work, considering it a blessing to contribute to their impact on people for eternity.
Outside of serving customers, Pam treasures moments with her husband, Don, and their two daughters. She enjoys visiting Chicago, exploring Lake Michigan beaches, going for walks, gardening, and indulging in historical fiction reading.

Tammy is a highly valued member of the Lightwell team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her customers. With a bachelor’s degree in business management, she utilizes her skills daily to serve those around her.
She considers it a privilege to serve the Lord alongside her colleagues, finding excitement in assisting her customers and insurance producers fulfill their ministry callings. Tammy is deeply passionate about collaborating with others in a respectful, efficient, and caring manner.
Tammy cherishes time with her husband, Ed, their daughter, Caitlyn, and an extensive network of extended family who feel like best friends. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading in her leisure time.
