Jacob Lindsey
Jacob Lindsey is a passionate Account Executive at Lightwell Insurance Advisors, where he assists churches with policy updates, answers questions, and supports various roles through church visits and meetings. He joined Lightwell with great enthusiasm and has found it to be a true blessing to work alongside such a dedicated team.
Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Jacob spent two years as an Integrated Paid Leave Specialist where he managed employees' leave of absence for prominent companies across the country. His experience there involved handling complex cases related to FMLA, Paid Family Leave, and other leave-related matters. Prior, he served as a high school English teacher for three years, gaining valuable skills in communication and problem-solving that continue to inform his work in the insurance sector.
Outside of work, Jacob is a passionate Tennessee Volunteers fan and enjoys spending time watching movies and TV shows with his wife, Hannah.
