Ben Rupp
Ben Rupp has been serving the church through ministry insurance for more than 35 years. Ben has been with the agency since 1980 and understands what it takes to properly insure ministries and nonprofit organizations.
Ben’s passion stems from his love of educating clients and going over risk management strategies with them. Ben served on his church’s board of trustees and has a deep understanding of what churches and ministries need.
When Ben is not hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his son. He also has a passion for the youth group that he leads, swimming, scuba diving, and sailing.

Steve Raikes
Steve Raikes, a veteran in the insurance industry with nearly three decades of experience, is dedicated to serving churches, schools, camps, and other related ministries. His approach goes beyond mere transactions; he prioritizes building long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their ministry goals and providing the best resources to help them achieve those objectives.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching his kids' athletic pursuits, coaching high school soccer, and participating in golf scrambles. Happily married to Lisa, Steve is a proud father of three daughters and a son.

Jeff Miller
Jeff Miller is a graduate of Ashland University School of Business, and a second-generation insurance agent with 20 years of experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Lightwell in the state of Ohio.
Jeff is passionate about protecting ministries. He serves in his own church and knows firsthand what ministries need. Jeff prides himself in the fact that he can serve the Lord by serving ministries. It is his daily intention to serve both with honesty and care.
When Jeff is not hard at work for his customers, you can find him spending time with his wife, Ruth, their four children and two grandchildren. Jeff also enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, and leading an adult Bible class.

Jimmy Spencer
Jimmy enjoys serving organizations by working through tough issues and providing unique and quality solutions. Jimmy values the relationship he has with his Lightwell team and the staff and is appreciative of their support of his service of ministries and nonprofits in Ohio.
When Jimmy is not serving others at work, you can find him at home with his wife, Andrea. Together, they have four sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. Jimmy also enjoys reading scripture daily, running, building projects, and serving the Lord through helping others.

Nancy Roberts
With more than 20 years of experience as a commercial insurance specialist, Nancy Roberts brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Lightwell team. She takes pride in her ability to work closely with organizations, leveraging her extensive industry experience to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique business needs. Nancy strives to be a trusted insurance consultant for her customers.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys an active lifestyle, indulging in pickleball, reading, hiking, and game nights with friends and family. She is happily married to her husband, Wayne, and they are proud parents of twin boys.
“I have enjoyed learning about the inner workings of churches, ministries, and other nonprofit organizations. They are all different but serve the same purpose—to serve their communities. My objective is to make sure each of them have the proper insurance coverage to meet their individual needs.”
Luke Miller
Luke Miller brings a unique blend of passion and expertise to the Lightwell team. Luke is driven by a profound desire to serve God by protecting His people through the resources entrusted to him.
Luke aspires to be the "go-to" guy for organizational leaders, earning their trust through unwavering honesty and a commitment to finding solutions in a timely manner. His customers know that he will always provide his honest opinion.
When he's not working, Luke indulges in his love for the outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, golfing, or exploring the great outdoors. He also enjoys working on and driving cars.

Phil Yoder
Phil Yoder is a Lightwell account executive and insurance agent with an array of experience in marketing, management, and risk management.
Phil is passionate about carefully listening to customer needs and is able to offer affordable solutions. Phil thoroughly enjoys working alongside organizational leaders and helping them navigate the risks they face every day. Working with multiple customers a day, Phil knows that each of them have a unique situation that need quality service and care.
Phil resides in the Akron/Canton area where he lives with his wife, Jill. Together they have two children, a daughter-in-law, and one grandchild. Phil is an avid outdoorsman with a vibrant love for fishing, hunting, and music. He leads worship from behind the drums and partakes in the safety and security team at his church.

Megan Gray
Megan Gray is a dedicated insurance advisor at Lightwell, with a passion for meticulously analyzing policies and crafting tailored protection strategies for ministries. She finds joy in the intricate puzzle of aligning coverage to each organization's unique mission.
Beyond work, Megan enjoys traveling, delving into history, reading mysteries, cross-stitching, and baking. She's happily married to her husband, Jared, sharing their home with a loving pack of two dogs and five cats.

Mandy Culler
Mandy Culler is a dedicated volunteer in her church's student ministry, where she actively contributes to nurturing the faith and personal growth of youth.
Mandy's passion lies in ensuring that every ministry thrives, offering enriching programs and opportunities for youth to flourish spiritually, socially, and through service. Beyond her ministry involvement, she enjoys quality family time with her husband, Nathan, gardening, canning, cooking, baking, fishing, and supporting her teenagers' various athletic and extracurricular pursuits.

In her free time, Kristi enjoys listening to audiobooks, scrapbooking, card ministry, cooking, and hosting dinners for family and friends. She has been happily married to her husband, Brad, for 25+ years. Together they are blessed with two adult children and one granddaughter who brings them boundless joy.

Connie Miller

When not working, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of 32 years, two daughters, and five rambunctious but amazing grandchildren. She also likes riding bikes, reading, and traveling.
