Witnessing the closure of a church due to inadequate risk management early in his career left an indelible mark on him, igniting a passion to prevent such tragedies. Jeff is driven by a mission to equip the organizations we serve with robust risk management solutions, ensuring they not only survive, but flourish.
Jeff finds contentment in outdoor activities and excitement in watching college football. Together with his wife, DeAwna, they enjoy their three children and their three Siberian Huskies.

With more than 30 years in insurance and a passion for ministry support, Kurt Hetherington is a visionary leader empowering his team to serve as integral risk management advisors. He’s committed to meeting the evolving needs of customers and live by Colossians 3:23, honoring the Lord in all he does.
Outside work, he cherishes time with his wife, family, and church community. At home, he's often found on his tractor, tending to projects. Blessed with over three decades of marriage to Esther, they treasure their children, son-in-law, and four grandchildren as gifts from above.

Travis Weaver serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lightwell, distinguished by his professional designations, including CPCU, CPIA, AIC, AIM, AIS, API, and FCLS. He is passionate about investing in others, helping them reach their goals, and supporting the agency's mission and purpose. Travis’s commitment to these values drives his dedication to exceptional service and support for his clients.
Clients trust Travis because he understands and respects the critical role faith-based organizations play in society. Though not a preacher, he feels called to contribute by servicing and safeguarding ministries, helping advance the gospel. Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, woodworking, fishing, hunting, and cherishing time with his wife Jennifer and their daughters, Macey and Camdyn.
Fun Fact – All Travis’s dogs are named after Major League Baseball shortstops.

Kimmett Bellows
Kimmett Bellows is renowned for transparent integrity and compassionate service. Their family, including five adopted children and seven grandchildren, reflects their dedication to service and love.

He is also dedicated to investing time in those around him, ensuring that both customers and team members receive the support they deserve. Colton enjoys going on adventures with his family, playing basketball, and watching the weather. He is happily married to his wife, Jordyn, and they have two daughters, Emma and Olivia.

Richard Hernandez is a seasoned insurance agent with more than 15 years of experience in sales and management. Currently positioned with Lightwell, Richard has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence in various roles throughout his career. He earned his business management degree from New Mexico State University in 2013.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard is actively involved in his church, dedicating his time and talents to various roles such as choir, home bible studies, and pastoral roles with the youth.
Richard enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, sports, and coaching his son’s flag football team.
