His proudest achievement is the cohesive team they've built, characterized by mutual support and love for their mission. Despite around 20 remote team members, their bond remains strong. John finds joy in their gatherings, where the uplifting atmosphere fosters fruitful interactions.
After hours, John enjoys playing golf and coaching his two sons in basketball. He and his wife, Bethany, have three incredible kids.

Craig Cable
Craig Cable is a seasoned insurance professional specializing in protecting ministries through safety and security best practices. With expertise in identifying exposures that put ministries at risk, Craig is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor with their best interests at heart.
Believing in the importance of informing, consulting, and training staff and volunteers, Craig ensures that ministries are well prepared to address potential risks. Beyond his insurance work, he finds great fulfillment in serving the community as a patrol deputy for the sheriff's office and leading as the security director for two growing church campuses.
Married for nearly a decade to his wife, Tiffany, Craig is a proud father of two sons and two daughters. Recently, they welcomed their first grandchild into the family.

Jordan Isaacson
Jordan Isaacson is an insurance agent dedicated to safeguarding the church, viewing it as the Bride of Christ. With nearly 15 years of experience, he educates churches about their risks, offering unique solutions. Serving the church is an honor, and he provides support, empathy, and prayers during tough times. Alongside insurance claim payouts and partner agencies' expertise, he brings relief to ministries.
Outside work, he's known as "Coach" to his kids' youth teams on weekends. Married for nine years to his wife, Aspen, they cherish their family of three children.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Megan, and their four children. Whether watching sporting events, being involved at church, or embarking on family hunting trips with his brother, sons, nephews, and cousins, family time is cherished.

Rhonda McDaniel
Rhonda McDaniel excels in time management, prioritization, and communication, continually striving for personal growth and efficient workflows. Passionate about her work and Lightwell's offerings, she deeply understands customers' concerns and is committed to providing tailored risk management solutions that enable ministries to thrive.
In her free time, Rhonda enjoys watching her twin children's sporting activities, volunteering in church outreach programs, and reading. She and her husband, Jason, have 16-year-old twins, Emma and Cooper, and their beloved 5-year-old boxer dog, Marshall.

Julie Hubbart
Julie Hubbart, a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent for over 20 years, helps organizations understand their coverages and risks in easy-to-understand terms. With several years of experience in the insurance industry, she values honesty and integrity, treating customers as she would want to be treated, and going the extra mile.
Julie and her husband, Greg, love spending time with family and friends, watching movies, discovering new places, and being outdoors.

With 20 years in the insurance industry and eight years serving ministries, Jill's goal is to help others understand insurance practicalities so they can focus on their mission.
In her free time, she enjoys golf, showing horses, traveling, and learning about other cultures. Jill lives with her husband, Neal, their four children aged 15–28, and their beloved pets—four horses, two dogs, and two cats.

Stephanie Abrell
Stephanie Abrell is an integral part of the Lightwell team in Colorado. With nearly 15 years of experience, her sole purpose has been to offer the best possible resources, tools, and service to organizations, ensuring they are better equipped and protected. Her goal is to partner with each organization, supporting their growth, new ministries, and outreach in their communities, rather than just being an insurance agent to call after a loss.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys Pilates, wakeboarding, skiing, and reading after putting her kids, Mira and Mason (the agency's honorary mascots), to bed. She also aspires to become the largest horse ranch owner in her state. Stephanie and her husband cherish their two adorable children, who love being part of the agency's family.

Amber Bricker
Amber Bricker is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her mission at Lightwell is to simplify complexities, create efficiencies, and orchestrate powerful teams that work in harmony to achieve their best.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys football/rugby, garage sales, dogs, movies, and game nights. She found her soulmate early on and has been happily married for 22 years, blessed with three amazing kids, three dogs, and a cat.

Megan Long
Megan Long's driving force is building relationships with Lightwell customers and providing them with the best service experience. She has been dedicated to serving customers for over 20 years.
Megan cherishes exploring the rich history and diverse experiences offered in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area. She and her husband, Sam, have been married for over two decades, and they have a son, Briar, who will be a senior in high school in 2024–2025.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, quilting, and sewing. Joanne finds strength in God's Word and cherishes her family, including her husband, four sons (two of whom are foreign missionaries), and four grandchildren.
