American Church Group is now known as Lightwell Insurance Advisors. We’re part of a national network of like-minded agencies serving ministry and other nonprofit customers in 33 states. This means our agency staff has even greater access to resources and expertise to help ministries like yours. You will still retain your agent and the agency team that you have come to know. Nothing about your policy is changing.
Nothing about your current policy will change. If you have questions about your policy, please contact your agent.
We’re part of a national network of like-minded agencies: Lightwell Insurance Advisors. In naming the network, we were inspired by the architectural feature of a lightwell, which allows natural light to pour through a building. It reminded us of how we work closely with our customers, poring over every detail, question, concern, or challenge and then bringing solutions to light.
You can do either. We will generally collect the same information that your insurance company does and then we will submit the claim on your behalf. For after-hours service, you should contact your insurance company directly.

Remember to report any loss about which you have any questions or concerns to us, so we can discuss whether to request coverage from your insurance provider or simply to send them a record of the situation in order to comply with your insurance policy requirement and preserve your rights if the loss ends up entailing higher costs than were originally anticipated.
Yes. Even if you aren’t sure, it’s always a good idea to report a claim promptly. In some cases, events that start out as minor accidents can quickly turn into much more, when additional injuries or damages are reported at a later time. We're here to talk things over any time you have questions.
Contact your agent immediately if there is an accident or if you become aware of anything that indicates there might be a claim. Care for the individual affected, but don't acknowledge or deny responsibility when an accident occurs. Avoid making statements such as, "We'll take care of everything." Instead, say, "We'll report this injury to our insurance company, and they'll be in touch with you."
Contact your agent immediately, even if you don't have all the information needed. Also, see that appropriate medical care is provided immediately. Gather pertinent details regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident and contact information for any witnesses that may have been present. Fill out a notice of injury form if you have one. Keep a record of the information so you can assist in your insurance company's investigation. Remember, it is not necessary to make comments regarding responsibility for the incident.
