Shane Craven felt the call to ministry early on, becoming a lead pastor in 1991. With more than 33 years of experience across churches in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida, he's known for his knack for turning churches around. Armed with degrees in sociology and theology, Shane offers insightful solutions to church challenges.
In his current role with Lightwell, Shane merges risk management and ministry expertise. Serving as a "Pastor to Pastors," he empowers local churches to thrive.
Beyond work, Shane enjoys watching college football, traveling with his wife, Kim, and spending cherished family time with his children and six grandchildren.
